Warranty
All i-xtyle products are offering 7 days free door-to-door replacement. From the date you received our products, Email/call us for reporting any problems occurred in product, a brand new product (same model) will send you to replace the defeat item.
1) This warranty is applied to all i-xtyle products.
2) i-xtyle shall have the option to make good or replace without charge any goods which prove to the reasonable satisfaction of i-xtyle to be of faulty manufacture within a period of 12 calendar months after delivery or that period stated on the i-xtyle acknowledgement form it different. This warranty shall not apply:
a) To damage caused by the customer's or any third party's act, default or misuse of the goods or by failure to follow any instructions supplied with the goods.
b) Where the goods have been used in connection with equipment or materials of which the specification has not been approved in writing by i-xtyle.
c) To goods which are ordered, modified or repaired in any place other than i-xtyle's workshop or by persons not expressly nominated or approved in writing by i-xtyle.
3) Any goods need to send back for repairing, customer have to responsible for both courier fee and i-xtyle would not responsible for any potential damage of goods during transportation.
